Important Health Information Update

We have had an outbreak of Chest Infections and loose stools on Bluebell ward.

Public Health England have been advised and we are awaiting their instruction, in the meantime, we have put the following measures in place as a precaution:-

All visitors cancelled

Residents to be barrier nursed

Housekeepers to ensure Bluebell is thoroughly cleaned especially all touchpoints

Kitchen to take extra PPE measures when entering leaving and to sterilize all crockery etc in Milton

RGN to do LFD test for all residents test today so that we can rule out Covid

Care staff to ensure that allocation of staff ensures minimal crossover

All staff to wash hands and change PPE between residents and entering and leaving the unit
