Covid Update - 28th July 2022

Dear friends and family

Unfortunately, due to there being more than 2 staff members with COVID-19 we are unable to lift restrictions and must continue with one designated visitor per resident. We have been instructed by Public Health England that we are to complete PCR tests again on all residents and staff on Monday 1st August and Tuesday 2nd August, if the results are all returned negative, we can then lift restrictions within the home, this is likely to be Thursday 4th August.

I appreciate this is difficult and frustrating and assure you we are working hard to keep your loved ones safe and reassured.
