Our Summer Menu is Ready!

Summer is nearly here and our new Menus here at Fairlight are looking delicious!

We have a new set of menus every season and with 4 weekly rotating menus, there is always something new and tasty to try and no chance to get bored of dining options.

We have something for everyone in these new menus featuring tasty treats such as Custard Tart, Pork Pie Salad, Rhubarb & Custard Fool, Stilton, Bacon and Leek Pasta Bake, Spinach & Mushroom Frittata and even Sticky Toffee Pudding! All those options are from just one weeks menu too!

All meals are served with tea and coffee, we have elevenses mid-morning, afternoon tea and supper every day, as well as our main meals. Lunch always has 2 choices as well as a dessert and there's always a selection of sandwiches as well as homemade soup as a lighter option for supper. To round off the day residents always have the opportunity to have a milky drink and biscuits in the evening.

Pureed food is also an option for anyone who needs it and we will be writing about that here soon.
